Arthur’s Story

Explore the journey of a visionary mortgage lender who is transforming lives and building generational wealth.

Arthur grew up on the tough streets of Gary, Indiana, but he didn't let that hold him back. Instead, it fueled his ambition. Coming from a low-income background, he was driven to make a name for himself, becoming the first in his family to graduate from college and excel in track and field.

He moved to Denver, Colorado, where he started his career in finance. Arthur broke new ground as one of the first African-American top mortgage branch managers in the state. For over 25 years, he's been a guiding force, helping thousands achieve homeownership, with a special focus on supporting underrepresented communities.

Arthur’s journey is unlike no other, from the projects of Gary, IN to a successful career in Denver, CO. A true legacy builder—owning 25+ properties and teaching others how to build generational wealth.
After losing his wife to her battle with cancer, Arthur and their four children wanted to leave a legacy in her name with a scholarship program that the family holds dear to their hearts. Every April, one student athlete of color in the Greater Denver Area will receive a $6,000 scholarship. Could you or someone you know be next?
